Andy Widman specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage. He is highly devoted to serving his clients’ needs and works diligently to help them achieve their real estate goals. Andy’s approach to commercial real estate is both practical and passionate and he deeply vallues his relationships with clients. His in-depth knowledge of building design and navigating the city codes will ensure successful sales and leasing real estate transactions for businesses and commercial real estate investors.

Background & Experience

A Nebraska native, Widman earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a master’s degree in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. Upon moving back to Lincoln, he became a licensed architect and worked for architectural firms, as well as perform design and project management services for a couple regional developers. After a career as president of a local full-service architecture and design firm, it felt like a logical transition to make the move to commercial real estate.

His extensive experience managing commercial projects from design to completion helped him be involved in commercial real estate transactions and he can now apply this knowledge to future deals and better serve his clients.
